Our History
Perfect Business Services Limited (PBSL) was founded as a privately owned, wholly Ghanaian registered company in 1996 to supply and install computers, servers, printers, photocopiers, and other computer accessories & peripherals to organizations (government, quasi-government, public, multinationals, and private) in Ghana.
By the eighth (8th) year in existence, we had transformed our business into an IT solutions and services provider delivering cutting-edge solutions for businesses to realize their enterprise transformation objectives. At PBSL, we go the extra mile in all our dealings with the customer. We, therefore, have an excellent reputation for superior customer service.
The company’s products, solutions and services include business solutions, supply and installation of hardware (servers, printers, laptops, computers, photocopiers, among others) and software supply and implementation, business application solutions, IT security, document management solutions, contact centre solutions, stationery, project management, and warranty & support services, among others.
Perfect Business Services Limited (PBSL) delivers information and communication technology (ICT) solutions and services through Perfect Business Systems (PBS) which is a registered subsidiary business name of the corporate entity PBSL.
PBSL is an influential and credible brand in Ghana. Our track record has been impeccable since our founding in 1996, and this has led to acclamations, recognitions and awards from reputable international bodies, manufacturers, business partners, and customers. Additionally, PBSL has achieved and maintained ISO 9001:2015 status and certification for quality.
